Congratulations to Herb on graduating from The Seeing Eye and becoming a guide dog! After months of training, Herb is now matched with his handler, a history teacher in his late twenties, and together they’re ready to start their new adventure in Florida.

Herb’s charm, enthusiasm, reliability and hard work have earned him the nickname “Herbalicious” and the admiration of everyone he met during training. Their bond was strong and instantaneous, such that his person picked out chocolate-colored sunglasses to align with Herb’s handsome qualities. Apparently, Herb proven himself to be both a reliable and stylish guide!

This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the love and effort of Herb’s raisers, whose dedication made him the extraordinary guide dog he is today. We celebrate Herb as moves towards his exciting future together with his match.
