The Guiding Paws crew bundled up for a fun evening at the University of Delaware Fred Rust Ice Arena, where our puppies took in all the sights, sounds, and excitement of a UD Women’s hockey game. We were delighted to be joined by the Puppy Raisers Of UD (PROUD) and Gloucester County Puppy Club on this night. The turnout was great and we had a lot of interest at our information table.
Outings like this help our future guide dogs grow confident in busy, unpredictable environments, and the Blue Hens crowd delivered the perfect mix of cheers, music, lights, and new experiences. From curious sniffs to calm cuddles in the stands, our pups handled it all with wagging tails and steady focus.
Thank you to UD for their continuous support of the Seeing Eye Puppy Raising clubs in the area. Please enjoy some pictures from the game.
