Guiding Paws is excited to welcome Maggie, a beautiful almost 8-month-old female German Shepherd, to our puppy-raising club. Maggie recently transferred to our group from the Lancaster, PA club.  Puppies are occasionally re-homed between groups for a variety of reasons, and we’re thrilled to have her.

She is a sweet, loving girl, and it didn’t take long to bond with a new family, During her first week, she got an introduction to a long flight of wooden stairs.  She has since take a trip to Smugglers’ Notch Resort in northern Vermont, where she has gone hiking, sightseeing in Stowe, and even keeping her raisers company during an introductory disc golf lesson.  Everyone is enjoying the new puppy. We look forward to watching the rest of her journey toward becoming a guide dog.
